Sales and Marketing Option

Students selecting the Sales and Marketing option combine the technical sales and promotional related courses as a foundation for seeking middle to advanced positions in the sales and marketing field.  Students will be required to complete sales presentations using appropriate techniques applying consultative and negotiation selling skills.  Students will study and demonstrate effective sales techniques, plan and implement effective visual displays and presentations, and develop strong record keeping skills and management of accounts.  Additional emphasis in computer skills, accounting, and writing provide students the needed edge for this competitive career.

An Associate of Applied Science degree is awarded to students successfully completing the program.

Students entering autumn semester may complete the program in four semesters as outlined below.  Students entering spring should meet with advisor prior to selecting courses.
