Facilities Maintenance

The Office of Facilities Services is an on-site extension of the Main Campus Facilities Services Department.

Our responsibility is to assist in developing a physical environment that ensures the safety & comfort of the Students, Faculty and Staff at both COT Campus locations through the operation & maintenance of our state funded buildings & grounds.

It is also our responsibility along with the Main Campus Department to assure the compliance of all building codes, State & University  rules and regulations related to the  construction, renovations, and daily maintenance and operation of the COT facilities.
